After the fight, the question came up about how long it took him to finally agree to fight Manny, his response...

“Why don’t you just say I was smart?” Mayweather said Tuesday, dismissing charges that he had hoped to avoid a fight with Pacquiao until he was left with no choice because of public pressure. “Five years ago, this was a $50 million fight for me, and it was a $20 million fight for him.”

Floyd likes to take credit for marinating the fight, so all the ducking talk for five years leading up the fight should clearly be placed upon him since he wants credit for being "smart" and not fighting Pacquiao for all those years. Apparently he had a crystal ball that told him the fight would be worth much more five years down the road.

but let's just say floyd didnt ask for random testing (prior to pac, he didnt demand any of his opponents for it), would the fight had been made then? because if i remember, everything was agreed upon until that question came up.

Yes..... That was the only issue.

It wasn't some crazy demand, it got crazy once team Manny refused.

But like i say both teams were playing "Tag your it" when it came to holding up the fight.
