And despite the fact that I personally believe that this fight should not be on PPV and won't shell out any cash for it, how can you get so worked up over it considering the PPV abomination that's coming tomorrow? There have been MUCH worse fights on PPV.

I agree... there are much worse fights on PPV. This is a title fight and while I'm not all too interested, I can understand it will be on PPV.

Who really cares about PBF? He is the almost perfect symbol of the American dream: completely single-minded in his pursuit of money. There are no sides to his character, he's dull. While I look forward to him fighting Hatton I wouldn't get my hopes up about Hatton beating him. Its the wrong kind of fight for Ricky.

I'm not buying this weekends fight just like I didn't buy the Barrera-Fana fight and I'm not going to buy the PBF-Spinks fight. Those are not fights I'm willing to pay to see.

There are plenty of fights that I'd pay to see, tho. I'm not hating on PPV, but I don't think this is a PPV caliber fight.

I'm willing to bet that this weekend gets less than 50K buys. PBF will probably get about 130K buys, but that's still not enough. To make the money he wants, he needs 250K buys, at least.

Sleeping on him or not is irrevlavent, the fact of the matter is I dont think the fight is enticing enough for me to buy it. Now dont confuse not wanting to pay $49.99 for the fight with not wanting to see the fight. I do want to see the fight but I don't think its worth my PPV dollars. I would be happy to buy this fight if you or any others want to send me a money order for the $49.99.

BTW, I'm very far from a PBF hater just look at my post history and you'll see this so dont go and throw around the generic term of "Hater".
