    Whyte is the first boxer to turn 3 mandatories and an offered title shot into nothing

    Whyte was the WBO mandatory and nothing ever came from that.

    He was the IBF mandatory but refused a final eliminator.

    He was the WBC mandatory but refused two final eliminators.

    He was offered $4.5 million to fight for the IBF, WBA and WBO titles and turned it down.

    I can’t think of any other boxer in history who turned three mandatory positions and an offered title shot into nothing.

    Hopefully he takes no responsibility and sues someone over this.
