Bob and weave 200 times that will kill your legs get surgical tubing and punch jab right for like 3 or 4 rounds. Do shifting of the legs with a jump meaning switch from right hand to left hand stances do that about 100 to 200 times . Get a Medicine ball lay down and throw it up and catch it do that like 200 times than do your Ab work Get the ab wheel do about 30 rolls but start with 10 than go up 1 everyday till you reach 30

Running and punching the heavy bag have put boxers in fighting shape for a few hundred years if they eat nutritious food and keep their weight down. There are many other exercises you could do but those two basics will get you in at least 95 percent shape if you do them consistently. Shadow boxing is also a good simple exercise you can do alone. Pushups, chinups, dips, leg presses and weights can build strength but many great old champions never lifted weights. Swimming is also good.
