Comments Thread For: Hearn Reacts To Arum Downplaying Whyte's Worth For Fury Shot

In a recent interview, Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, who promotes WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, made it clear that he won't allow his fighters to have their plans derailed by mandatory obligations. Specifically, he won't allow Fury's plans to get derailed by a mandatory order to fight Dillian Whyte by February 2021.

If Bob Arum can push WBC to delay the mando for his fighter, I am sure Eddie & Barry Hearns can push WBC for their fighter to have that fight as initially assigned. Hearns are sandwiched between Joshua and Whyte. Whyte turned his back on Hearns a while ago and matchroom won't want to lose him at this stage because if Whyte leaves their stable, he can either join Bob or Al and get the title fight quicker. Whyte hasn't landed a title fight because of his promoter and meanwhile Breazeale and Ruiz fought two title fights with Al. Fury coming back from depression fought two title fights with Warren and Arum. IMO matchroom failed Whyte.

Dillian Whyte will knock Joshua out easy as fook, just like Ruiz did.

Nobody is afraid of that fat bum.

Fury is fighting Wilder and Joshua, both of whom are vastly superior opposition to Shyte.
