    Titles Loss Pops Viloria Bubble

The heavily hyped Brian Viloria lost his WBC light flyweight title against comparatively unknown Mexican Omar Nino who despite fighting for the first time outside his native country showed remarkable confidence and sustained aggression to score a lopsided unanimous decision at the Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, yesterday. Im dissapointed...i felt this way when Escobedo lost, i always get dissapointed when young guys who havent fought an elite lose. I was looking foward to seeing him on a big network or at the least making preperations for an elite step up. I hope he sorts it out mentally.

Yup, anyone else see the fight? He looked horrible. He actually looked just like I thought he would against Ivan Calderon. I guess Nino got to him first.

yeah, just saw the fight this morning and i must say it looked obvious that it was something wrong on Viloria's side, not so much Nino's performance.. Nino looked very beatable in there IMO, i don't know if Viloria was drained/tired or what, he sure seemed it.. that's the most animated i've seen Roach before the 12th.. hopefully he gets a rematch and i'm sure this will be a valuable learning experience for Brian
