When I say he's not ready I am talking about the champions. Shakur Stevenson has a total of 14 fights 8 by KO.

Loma is a lightweight, Shakur is a Featherweight. At Featherweight Shakur would have the likes of Léo Santa Cruz, Gary Russell Jr. and Josh Warrington. They all have double the fights as the kid and have faced world champions.

You want to move up two weight divisions and face Loma.
