I don't think Manny cares that much about wether or not Marquez wants him since their first negotiations for a rematch fell through and since then Manny has improved and become not only a better fighter but a better draw.

In my opinion, Marquez needs the match more than Manny and because of that, I doubt Marquez will get the majority share as I heard he once wanted.

In addition to the above and as much as I like Terdsak, Marquez is going to need to fight bigger and/or better names/competition in order to even start talking with Manny's team about a rematch.

I didn't see the John fight, but from what I have seen said here, JMM fought John in his usual style as opposed to the more "aggressive" style he fought Jandaeng.
