Why am I not surprised at this. Although that's today's mindset I guess. You can play numbers all you want in baseball and in the long run they usually play out. In boxing, the numbers or rankings aren't honest! They're made up. So a numbers guy can think he could use the same system in boxing and just change the terms a bit. Sounds like a logical assumption to those who don't see the ranked opponents. Or unranked. But, what they don't take into consideration is, the rankings are fixed!
