watched basically the entire broadcast last night...

anderson is definitley intriguing...as a new englander i found it fascinating that a 20 year old from ohio was that in love with tom brady and the patriots......enjoyed watching him fight and look forward to seeing him fight again and watching his career progress....and he earned some praise from fury

ive been a wilder fan...i found it interesting that espn seemed to stick up for him during the broadcast....they even mentioned how anderson has been training boxing since a young age, unlike wilder, and how he wasnt a failed football/basketball player....they even mentioned how they thought it would be interesting to see what wilder would be if he had been training boxing since a very young age....and also mentioned how wilder shouldnt be written off now because of one bad night

i thought it was classy the way they spoke of wilder when they could have dismissed him or poked fun/trashed him....

This dude Jared is decent, but I'm not sold on him being a top ten guy. He seems to be a shade under Bryant Jennings. But it all depends on how he develops. He may be humble now, but so was Wilder before he won that belt hahha. Realistically Wilder can win the third Fury fight because Fury is not this unbeatable monster that people are trying to make him out to be now. He is the same guy that went 12 rounds with Wallin in a fight that could have been stopped. I am not one of those guys that is saying that there is no way Wilder can win. Quite the contrary actually. Wilder just needs to retool his arsenal, be humble and do the work. Go to Fury's body and stop looking for the bomb shot to the head all the time. Whoever wins the fight, i would rather see them fight against Whyte first then to fight AJ because it's a damn shame what the WBC has been doing to Whyte for all these years now

he's right though, it's mostly marketing, but they also do that to give you the illusion of impartiality.
Why do you think they deliberately named Wilder the most popular boxer in the US last year? it was done to give wilder the ego to reject a fight with AJ and demand more money. Espn absolutely did not want aj-wilder going to dazn.
The moment they put out that fake list, Wilder was referring to it.
they know what they're doing at espn. they know when to twist the knife.


It's true in wilder's case, but also true for AJ and Dillian whyte, they all got into boxing late.

I don't know about this Jared Anderson, but he's got the look, the youth, even his name is marketable. He could be big..but obv alot of ifs at this moment.

But as a salesman or pusher or the encyclopedia salesman lol , better to mention the other brand and not seem so brash
They really need to sell this part 3 cause , honestly most people have abandoned the Wilder train
