Nancy Pelosi is 80 what has she done that is so great for the country?
While I was in LE I got pulled over in front of my kids school. I didn't run a red light but we were almost late and I was driving too fast. I admit that! I gave him my wallet which included my police ID and badge and gave him my keys. I said you can search my car but pls afford me the opportunity to walk my kids into the school yard.
My kids made it to school on time and I got my 1st ticket since H.S. even as a cop.
Lucky for me the cop said I was doing 70 and the intersection had a camera, had me going 44 miles (the speed limit was 35 miles).
The judge threw the case out.
Bottom line many parents speed to school but is really worth it? I say no because accidents happen.Comment

As we can see racism is always a paradoxical topic.
And this is why I always say, “PHUCK THE LDBC AND ITS FOLLOWERS” because they always shot down Bradley and Ward as “c00ns” and will even exploit these stories, situations, for their own gain instead of retracting their opinions. They expect every African American to be against “the system” from their agenda. Then you get a hoard of followers on YouTube being influenced by such channels and writing comments all throughout YouTube that Bradley is a “c00n.”

What a dumb judge. The cop was doing the right thing. You were still passing the regular limit by 9mph. With today’s technology you can get cited tickets by 2mph more with automated flash systems, and again, the admittance that you were speeding by a school is even worse. The judge only cleared you because no one was hurt. She knows the cop did the right thing.
Lucky for you you didn’t hit a kid speeding your own kids to school. The USA has had too many instances of kids being hit by cars, with drivers ignoring safety zones and signs near schools. The cop was obviously insinuating how dumb you were putting other kids in danger by saying your speed was 70.Comment

Except those statistics are heavily skewed by the institution that bore them in the first place, which is white institutional racism and most sociologists will tell you that. From jim crow, to marajuana arrest rates compared to use rates between whites and blacks, compared to those who have the wealth to challenge the courts vs those who don't. And for those who don't, courts often over sentence and over-punish for non-violent crimes because some judge or prosecutor wants to make a name for themselves (ex. ****** Harris). And that overly punitive approach can damage the family unit and make future generations more impoverished and more likely to engage in deviant acts. And since people of color are less likely to be wealthy for many reasons also leading back to this countries history of racism, they're also a prime target for courts and law enforcement even if not intentionally. But it would be naive to think it is not or has not been intentional in many cases.Of course some profiling exists. If crime stats were equal but there was profiling, then there'd be a concern. If crime was overwhelming committed by one group, let's say as a random example
black males aged 15-35, only an idiot would not be aware of that group when a member is around.
That doesn't make everything profiling though. As people have noted, we all get stopped for ****** reasons.
Just look at the racist stop and frisk statistics by race. They're horrible. According to Bloomberg, if a black man is stopped and is not found with an illegal fireman, it's only because he left it at home because he knew he'd be stopped and frisked and so they should be searched more to keep the community safe. So even lack of evidence is reason to harrass ********** more and yet no such paradigm was executed in practice for whites. The courts had to end stop and frisk because it was actually deemed unconstitutional. And yet Bloomberg still fought the courts for years to keep it despite it's failure to have any significant change in crime rates. Stop and frisk is a microcosm of the psychological paradigm behind the racial disparate in policing and sentencing that permeates America.Comment

What validity do the crime stats have if the people enforcing the laws are racist and corrupt? Serious question.

Merriam-Webster said that a revision to the entry for racism is currently being drafted, in addition to other entries for words relating to racism or with racial connotations.
“This revision would not have been made without your persistence in contacting us about this problem. We sincerely thank you for repeatedly writing in and apologise for the harm and offence we have caused in failing to address this issue sooner,” the email said.
