Is it possible to have a successful boxing career if you started in your late 20s?

Make sure you get a trainer who can teach you head movement, rolling with punches and parrying . Also good advice work hard on refining your jab. The jab if it is good and used as a weapon not a range finder can keep youi in fights. You have to mix up cadences, speed, and tendencies though.Comment
