    floyd vs real killers

there are many killers in boxing history, picture floyd hurt vs mosley round 2, i see the killers finishing floyd and putting him in a coma or a coffin, old, washed up, brain damage, blood drain, no peds mosley just couldnt do it.

Just face it people floyd talked a lot trash flashed a lot of cash and beat your favorite boxer while never getting dropped or knocked out cold like your favorite boxer did. And left the game with millions and his marbles still in tact.

Pros for Floyd: great defensive fighter, undefeated in 50 fights, dominated the WW division.
Cons for Floyd: lacked offensive fire power, dominated a mediocre WW era, fought his legacy fight 5 years too late.

              that is just casual-fan sillyness

who are you comparing him to... let me guess, Mike Tyson... ?

you have no idea what you are talking about... nobody ever walked through Mayweathers punches, he kept everyone honest... including JMW's, despite only being a welter himself... his punches are sharp, accurate, well-timed

every welter in history would eventually (probably, quickly) find themselves in a boxing match vs Mayweather... because that is what his textbook-style dictates... the question is, could they get to him first... like Zab/Mosley... and other fighters who had success early, but could not finish the job... the longer the fight goes, the further away the finish line moves

I don't think that he's the best in history, but your insinuation that Mayweather only achieved because he fought in a poor era is sadly mistaken

No Mas Duran would have retired if he fought Floyd. Look at how frustrated he was in the second Leonard fight.

Whitaker and Pryor would have been better fights for him.

Also I disagree with Floyd being not offensive

As he went up in weight he developed his style, at the lower weights Floyd was good offensively
