Just wondering why you mentioned Maidana cause Floyd was 37 then, and they were not the same size

Iron Mike Tyson with Cus D’Amato would’ve knocked Floyd out in the second!

He would’ve caught Floyd like an old Mosley did and except he was a much better finisher than Mosley was and a lot faster and more compact!

Mayweather would be facing a guy just as athletic, quick footed, fast hands, elite head movement and swift combinations to head and body!

Only way Floyd wins is if he plays it extremely safe in the first 2 rounds but I could see Floyd wanting to prove a point and come forward like he did against Mosley!

floyd beat manny on hbo, showtime and the official cards and you argue against that..so why the hell are you using HBO cards now?

Lol @ haters and trolls saying Mike knocks him out. Mike never faced anyone with the defense or IQ of TBE. It’s a competitive fight don’t get me wrong but Floyd’s defence and IQ would be the keys here. What’s he gonna do when he can’t hit anything and is getting tagged left and right? He wins some early rounds but loses a competitive decision.

As much as a lot of these old fighters like to downplay Floyd and his greatness you only have to look how much they mention him to see how badly they wish they were in his position. They know he’s the best ever. All these guys lost their money and got retired by boxing and a lot of them still have to work now which is sad. They’re 50-60+!

Mayweather is the only fighter that defeated boxing. Dominated the sport, changed the game, still owns companies and can make more than current fighters just from his investments alone. Put all their career earnings together and it’s not even close. I think a lot of these older fighters really envy him like crazy because of it. Look at Oscar De La Hoya. He wishes he was Floyd so bad. I bet he would give up all his lingerie and lipstick to be TBE for just one day.

and what facts do you have to back that up?

you cant just run around and post random stuff and not be able to back it up when called out...you wanna go by HBO's scorecard but ignore their scorecard when Floyd beats Manny?? ya'll are hilarious..

Are they both in their primes? At what age?
I'm only asking because thats the difference between Floyd knocking Mike out and Floyd 8-4ing Mike on the cards.
Mike loss every time he stepped up and only looked good against scared bums in the weakest era of the modern HW division. Which was the 80s.
Also, if they're the same size then Mike's peak-a-boo won't work. It only worked because he was so much smaller than the other heavies. It's why heavies today don't use the style. They're all usually too big for it to work. Why would a 6'5 fighter try it against another 6'5 fighter? They wouldn't.
So there goes the only thing making Mike a threat to any version of Floyd- and I use threat loosely here. Obviously I'm assuming regardless of Floyd's age or weight in this scenario that this is a prime 80s Mike. Because thats the only version that would stand a chance for one, and that's the version of mike that used the peak-a-boo style. 90s mike did not. (don't give me a one off clip we know what I mean)
Mike Tyson also had NO jab. Regardless of what someone foolishly posted earlier, Mike did not have a jab. Certainly not a jab that would trouble Floyd. I understand he was short and never really developed one at the elite level..But just because they'll be the same size in this scenario doesn't mean Mike magically learns the jab.
Also, Also, they're the same size?!? Well there goes Mike's size advantage. Seriously. There goes his size advantage. Maidana who ballooned up to a miniature battle tank and fought so dirty I had to wipe the screen after couldn't beat Floyd. And that was relentless pressure from a fighter who had actually been successful against elite fighters. Unlike Maidana, Mike never had been. Canelo couldn't use size to bully little, old man Floyd- so Mike Tyson without a size advantage who also has no jab will fail at attempting to bully Floyd.
Pretty Boy picks Mike apart and stops him. If Buster Douglas can stop Mike there's no question under this scenario so would Floyd.
Money May 8-4s Mike and I'm being generous. Extremely generous. Manny won 2 rounds. Canelo didn't win a round. I really don't see Mike winning a round but even worse than Manny or canelo. Again I'm being generous so Money 8-4s Mike.
Mike's weird obsession with Floyd is just him reflecting how entrenched he is in coonish behavior. Mike is a complete coon. His own words: his Black children do NOT find Black people attractive and exclusively date white. That comes from them growing up and absorbing their father's coonish behavior from a very young age. Children learn through verbal command AND observation. Whites were some of Floyd's biggest haters so it's no surprise Mike has targeted Floyd for a decade now to appease his favorite people on earth. Floyd would've mopped the floor with Mike if they were the same size.

Floyd would have to get Mike’s respect to keep him at bay. You’ve got a huge range in power. Floyd’s talents were timing, range, angles and adjustments. Prime Mike had POWER plus speed and angles. An interesting fight but I’d look for Mike to get him outta there vis KO. Probably like Chris Byrd and Ike Ibeabuchi.

Mike would win no doubt ,it would be an aggressive pressure guy better then even a Hagler that would breakl down Floyd.
