    Has Dillian Whyte really improved?

Watching a few of Whyte's fights and I honestly don't see much of an improvement. I see a guy who's slower but sets up his left hook better as he has gained more experience. And his jab is a tad better.

I also think Josh must've damaged his punch resistant a bit if you can catch him flush with an uppercut and it seems like he's still having nightmares with the short uppercut Josh knocked him out cold with.

I've watched his fights against White Rhino, Parker, Chisora, Rivers and Wach. And he struggled massively in all the fights except for the Rivers fight since Rivers is one dimensional and he telegraphs the only solid punch he has - his overhand right.

He's massively over rated. He knows it, that's why he didn't want to fight aj, rematch Parker, or fight a single mando eliminator.

Is also why he been fighting the smallest oldest fighters he can get away with.

Povetkin should have enough to KO him , even at 40.

His fitness and physique has always been horrible. He's going to struggle even more if he gets off dianabol.
