No you wouldn't Ricky. The way you ran on to K. and smothered his work wouldn't have worked with Floyd but played in to his hands.

There is no scenario where Hatton beats Floyd or Pacman. Floyd had to deal with Castillo and he wasn't ever going to be surprised by that style gain. Pacman was on another level.

I love Ricky but no version of him even beats the old and ready to retire Floyd, never mind the version he fought.

Ricky would’ve owned 140 for years to come but chased the money!

So if he had a referee that let him break the rules of boxing, he'd have beaten Mayweather? Brilliant argument there.

Even worse was Manny actually said he mainly beat Hatton using a 'tell' that Roach spotted. If that isn't something you can fix then I don't know what is!
Hatton wasn't a real fighter? The mind boggles.

As for 'if you think you could beat Floyd on a different night then why didn't you try again???' I think you'll find his comments were about the night he fought Kosta Tszyu. Maybe if he had a time machine, he could do what you suggest.

Hatton, must be drinking Amir Khan Delusional Juice again. Let's face it, Hatton was a wild fighter that had no defense. He was a glorified B level fighter that padded his record into getting a fight against a couple of A level fighters. Just listen to Mayweather Sr chastise him in between rounds as his trainer in his fight VS Pacquiao. He had no defense. Kostya Tszyu was a very overrated fighter too. That's the only decent name (victory) on Hatton's resume. And I'm still trying to figure out how Tszyu made it into the boxing hall of fame, smh.

This, he fought a very dirty and rough fight with Kostya.

Thing is that Mayweather is a very good inside fighter. He was beating Hatton on the inside and has his own tricks using his elbows to create the space he needs.

Hatton achieved his biggest win of his career fighting dirty and then turned around and cried to the ref the whole fight and post fight that Mayweather was fighting dirty on the inside.

                      One trick pony

I see that floyd is still living in Ricky's head rent free, Hatton was a good old fashioned type fighter. Very 1 dimensional and only really affective when roughhousing and bumrushing opponents, more if a one trick pony. PAC and Floyd were too skilled and had too many tools in the box for him he would have lost everytime against them end of
