Floyd paying for the funeral and subsequent press release about it is shameful IMO

      google mayweather, then hit news
      Im playing semantics?

You said I knew nothing, I proved you wrong, I proved you that I know that Floyd stepped up to cover the funeral before anyone else.

You offer nothing but your speculation. Oh there are other people that donated more than 88k. Whom?

I proved you wrong, provided proof of my claims and you return with your speculation.

And? I doubt you'll find anyone more sceptical of people's motives than me, but if an action brings a net benefit to the wellbeing of others and alleviates hardship or suffering then I will tend to regard it as a good or positive action irrespective of the motives that might have led to that action. Interesting philosophical question, though, FWIW... Is there such a thing as true altruism?

Its been a week now and not a single one stepped in until Floyd did.

You see NBA player JR Smith's twitter feed, he was all for these riots until it started affecting him, whoa whoa who is ***ing up my cars, this is a residential area he said, theres no businesses around here he said, really so its cool they just trash small businesses and if those working class owners lose everything but you touch his car and now it affects him its different.
Probably because they assumed his funeral costs were already taken care of.
