  • Comments Thread For: Dillian Whyte: Wilder Is Injured; WBC Should Order Fury To Fight Me Next

Dillian Whyte is beyond frustrated with the WBC. Whyte doesn't want to wait for Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder to fight a third time before he gets his title shot, let alone longer. The WBC's mandatory challenger for Fury's title definitely doesn't want to hear anything about Fury fighting Anthony Joshua in his subsequent bout if the unbeaten WBC champion defeats Wilder again in their third fight.

the politics hasn't worked out in his favour, i think if he was with Al he would of got the shot at wilder by now guaranteed, and i know he regrets not signing with him when he had the chance, fast eddie lured him with a possible Joshua rematch he's still waiting on.

He's had 0 luck thus far whilst he's been beating good opponents Tyson Fury was able to come back from a two year steroid ban and beat him to a title shot. It's mad

I think it's because everyone knows how one sided it would be...Tyson would play with him

Whether you're a fan of his or not, there's no denying that he deserves his shot. The WBC are a disgrace.

Whyte would've had his title shot by now except:
-He refused to fight Pulev in an eliminator
-He refused to fight Ortiz in an eliminator
-He was offered a chance to beat Breazeale for his mando spot and refused
-He turned down the Joshua rematch and Ruiz took it instead
-His steroid shenanigans from the Rivas fight got his status suspended

I maintain that Whyte's intention from the start is to try to get promoted to full champion from interim status or fight for a vacant belt rather than try to take the belts from Joshua or Fury (or, before Fury beat him, Wilder).

Whyte is all talk and he's beyond lucky he got out of that Parker headbutt knockdown fight with a W.

He's turned down more final eliminators and title shots than most contenders even get in a lifetime.
