Comments Thread For: Fury Expects WBC To Allow Joshua Fight Before Making Mandated Defense Against Whyte

Tyson Fury repeatedly prefaces his comments about his future by insisting that he isn't taking for granted that he'll beat Deontay Wilder when they fight for the third time. If Fury indeed defeats Wilder again, the unbeaten heavyweight champion expects the WBC to allow him to face Anthony Joshua in his following fight. Dillian Whyte is the WBC's interim champion and the mandatory challenger for Fury's belt, but Fury is almost certain that the WBC would grant him an exception to allow a full unification fight before facing Whyte.

Only a ****** wants to see Fury-Whyte instead of Fury-AJ.

Fury-AJ is the biggest fight in boxing and the biggest UK fight of all time, why the *** would Fury want to fight Whyte instead?

Dillian should give Chisora or Parker a rematch before worrying about Fury.

It has to be a Unification next..

It's dragged on for far too long.

We can see Whyte getting his arse handed to him any time...

If Fury evaded Whyte to fight anyone else but Joshua then would agree, but Fury v Joshua gets my vote over Fury v Whyte, and I suspect most others' votes too.

And that's exactly what WBC will do, and Whyte will just continue sitting on the sideline and crying on social media about injustice happening to him. Will he take any legal action? Absolutely not!
Let's see if Hearn will at least use Whyte's mando to cut all the Arum's and Fury's BS demands when making AJ fight, or is that already too tactical for him.

I agree mate. Whyte is overlooked by far too many people, he is a helluva fighter.

Meet a sheep who just goes along with hype and majority opinion, and can't see with his own eyes what is what because he is as dumb as a post and doesn't know a boxer from a hype job.
