Who will Baldomir be fighting now?

With Margarito fighting Clottey,Mayweather fighting Spinks, and Hatton going back down to 140lbs to face Urango.... Who is left for Baldomir??

    I wouldn't mind seeing Collazo-Baldomir.

I favor Collazo heavily. Not a good style match for Baldy. I like him more against somebody else like Cotto. Cotto is a much more big money fight but Cotto won't fight him in his first fight at 147. I don't know maybe Vivian Harris. This is a tough call. Actually I like an Ouma-Baldomir fight at 147 if Ouma can make weight...that would be exciting.

Oh ya, that's right...Cotto is moving up! That would be a good fight and more money there. I think Ouma will be sticking around at 154lbs.

Unfortunately Arum guards him like the Crown ***els. He wouldn't let him get in the ring with Baldomir after seeing what happened to Gatti (although they're nothing alike). If Baldomir beats whoever he fights next then Cotto might be able to get in there. But I think its more likely Arum pushes Margarito as the next opponent for Baldomir so he can unify titles and have some leverage to get big fights.

Ya, but Margarito isn't fighting till December. And Mayweather in Novemeber. Will Baldomir sit the rest of the year?

As Baldomir is now in need of an opponent, would Hatton drop plans for Urgando (An opponent the camp surely can't take seriously??) and carry on at 147?

I think Baldomir is such a marketable fighter (in terms of marketable to other fighters) because he appears so beatable. Thats why a Hatton, PBF, Margarito, Cotto, Collazo would all love to fight him. Even as the Undisputed WW champion he would still be considered an underdog versus almost any of the top contenders.

I can see Cotto going against him but not sure if they would Cotto against Baldmoir in his first WW fight. Either way Baldomir will probably get a real nice check for his next fight.
