How many fights does JCC jr have? And fighting an opponent with 14-1 record is stepping up?
Good to see he isn't fighting sod layers anymore. Anyone remember the guy he fought, his last fight or maybe a few fights ago? Looked like a sod laying redneck that mowed lawns thursday thru sunday...
wasn't that the polish kid? i don't remember his name but it had alot of z's in it.
ive not seen him yet, is he anythin like his dad ?
You havent seen him yet? He fights all the time on like every PPV card. Well maybe you dont order ppvs, that would make sense. But I have seen him fight at least 10 times now and its too early to say if hes like his dad. He tries fighting like his dad but he is too tall for that and gives up his height, which wont be good when the comp gets tougher. He has looked pretty good while fighting absolute bums, one to whom he had a draw with, and own the rematch which I thought could have gone either way. Im not that impressed with this kid, he needs to stop fighting bums he is proving nothing.
I think his handlers are in no rush for him to get a title shot yet. I think they are doing the same with what his dad did. Feed him fighters and gain experience. He is improving and has a good left hook. But he's not ready for the competitive level yet. But he's still young and has time.
Yea I agree. No need to rush him and create another Fernando Vargas. He's gaining his experience in the ring and if you have been following his career you have already seen him in some "tough" fights. Just keep the kid focused or he'll be another Francisco Panchito Bojado!
