Floyd won 10 to 8 rounds

manny only won two clear rounds: the 4th and 6th

Round 10 based on what you like

1 more round if you’re giving manny rounds

In such a bland fight, Floyd did a better job controlling the ring thus controlling perception.
In reality, one can feasibly make the case that Pacquiao was the victor.

this is exactly what happened. pac was landing the better punches but it was boring so thats why people thought floyd was winning. you will even see some people say floyd dominated or other nonsense like that cept dont you have to land good clean punches to dominate? also people used their preconceived notions of how pac had to fight to beat floyd aka being a high workrate windmill and when he didnt do that they gave floyd credit for slowing him down and maybe he does deserve credit but at the same time you still have to land the better punches and he didnt

            No. It's impossible.

Maidana gave Floyd a much better fight than Pacquiao. Who would have thought?

how is it impossible? he landed the better punches. just that very fact should make it not only possible but probable that he deserved to win but as we know in boxing deserving to win and winning are two different things

and floyd didnt get the benefit of the doubt? in round 3 he lands nothing clean the entire round, a couple grazing jabs thats it. pac rocks his head around 6 times. the judges gave it to floyd. sounds like floyd is getting the benefit of the doubt in that one. watch round 7 as well. all the best punches including a huge left hand counter were from pac. all the judges gave it to floyd. why is he getting the benefit for throwing a grazing jab and having all his punches miss or be blocked?

Did you even watch the fight?

Pacquiao didn't have anything for Floyd.

he landed the better punches so i dont know what you mean by that. what else did you want a floyd opponent to do? what did floyd have for pac? why do you always frame things in a biased way? who landed the better punches? fighter a or fighter b? if its fighter a then they probably deserve to win right? why is it different for this fight? because one guys named floyd?
