I remember seeing that when I was younger - Bowe was my favorite HW back in the day. Rock Newman would always make a scene every fight - I still don't know what brought him to boxing and how he aligned with Bowe, never seen him in boxing since. He's on my all time list of random colorful boxing characters for sure though. He has a YT channel, never checked it out, seems like he's an activist or something, not boxing related.
