That's a complete lie. Where did you hear he was knocked unconscious? His mugshot was taken by the Dallas County cops shortly after the crash. Check it out. He had minor injuries. I've seen people with worse facial damage from falling off their dirt bike.

Listen to the video again. That is the picture that was taken of Spence AFTER he got out of hospital. He had the accident on October 10 and was in hospital for 6 days. He was in the ICU at first with severe injuries. You sure you ok pal? You're sounding like you're the one with concussion
