    Boxing’s Glamour Weight Divisions

How would you rank the weight classes in glamour?

Heavyweight - small guys have greater skills and speed, but people respect power and like knockouts

Ali and Mike Tyson the two biggest names in boxing history were both reigning heavyweight champs

It fascinating seeing two men at the peak of human size fight

Welterweight - greatest talent pool to choose from as most of the population are about welterweight size

Great Smaller fighters moving up in weight stay at 147

Middleweight - big fighters who still have speed and activity. A fine blend of speed and power like the welterweight class

Great natural welters who move up post at 160

Lightweight - small but very quick and skilled

I personally like the Welterweight and Middleweight fighters more. There seems to be a greater number of good fighters in these classes, plus I like the blend of speed and power

      same here

There’s a finesse with welterweights and middleweights

Heavyweights can be clumsy and inactive

Welterweight and middleweight are home to the biggest fights in recent times

Lightweights are great but can get long and drawn out

seems like very few countries compete in all the weight classes, japs see lower divisions as better probably as do mexicans, with euros liking the higher classes and americns like the middle at the moment witl a lot of latino americans spread out too
