To be honest all the World federations and promotional outfits are like sexually transmitted diseases.

From a fans perspective it's just a case of what you can live with the most.

The franchise title is a joke and shouldn't exist. The only reason Loma has one is because the wbc had to make it seem as if the creation of the belt wasn't specifically for Canelo, so they at least had to hand 1 more out. It's all a scam.

The job of the sanctioning orgs was suppossed to be to legitimise boxing by imposing certain requirements on Champions, not to increase privilege and put a few stars in an even stronger position than they were already.

It's just getting worse and worse. Everyone wants one champ per weight class, but we are getting further away from that. The different organisations should be forced to rank everyone according to at least vaguely similar criteria, including other belt holders, so that there is always a push toward top fighters having to fight the other top fighters if they want a belt.

Instead we have number 1 contenders at some organisations, where that guy isn't even ranked with other bodies. And then on top of that, this bull crap which I can't even begin to rationalise. It has no point other than for the shameless WBC to pretend there are multiple champs within its own ranks at one weight... Crazy. And pure filth.
