    Williams Targets Joe Calzaghe

According to UK publication ITV, American super-middleweight contender Rubin 'Hollywood' Williams (29-2, 16KOs), has set his sights on Joe Calzaghe, and is trying to secure a fight with the ruler of the super middleweight within the next 12 months. Calzaghe is recovering from a hand injury he suffered in during his career defining win over Jeff Lacy in March. Williams holds an amateur win over Jeff Lacy, but was stopped by Lacy when the two met in pro ranks in 2005. [details]

Never seen Williams... will this just be pretty routine for Joe or is he any good?

Carl Froch knocked him out in 30 seconds in the England-vs-USA meet!

Froch didn't look too hot against Magee though, i think Calzaghe would beat him at present, Froch needs a few more fights, i don't like his attitude though, him and James Toney are on my shortlist of fighters i'd love to see get knocked flat on their arse.

Froch is going to be very difficult to beat.

Good reflexes, very good chin, and his right hand is his equaliser. He also has good conditioning. And he's hasn't lost.. can't argue with that!
