ESPN will bring plenty of live boxing back to its airwaves during the second week of June. Promoter Bob Arum told BoxingScene.com that the network will televise three live cards that week. The first card will be broadcast June 9, a Tuesday night, followed by live telecasts the nights of Thursday, June 11, and Saturday, June 13.

The hypocrisy in boxing is unbelievable Arum talked all that crap about ufc events than takes there idea and does it weeks after when it works. As for fans i said you should root for ufc instead of insulting and criticizing it because boxing comes back sooner but fans always have a superiority complex when you mention mma and boxing.

On the plus side its going to be nice to hear the punches with no audience in boxing and compare to when mma gloves hit, its intriguing to hear punches that look like nothing land when no background noise. We're going to find out who are the real heavy hitters now that can hear punches

The best part about this is that the fights will be during the week. When will these idiot promoters learn that you can get good TV ratings by showing this during the week rather than everybody fighting over 52 Saturdays a year?
