I missed it last night. Who won and how was the fight between Teddy Reid and Verno Phillips?

Phillips stopped Reid in the 12th round.It was a pretty good fight.Reid didn't really have much of a chance.I thought he was going to be stopped much earlier.He was dropped with a body shot in the sixth I beleive.

Reid is just too slow, the only thing that kept him in the fight was his durability and determination.
