I'm not saying that America will stay locked up until December.
Things are opening up and we will get going again soon.

But if a second wave hits during fall/winter then a second quarantine might be imposed.

I don't think a second one might be imposed, the world entered an economic recesion with this quarantine another one would devastate the world, the pandemic of hunger is 100x times worst than this Covid thing.

We'll be back to a "cautious" normality, just my opinion. Millions have lost their jobs, the world can't afford to lose more jobs.

The news has been saying that COVID-19 infections will spike upwards again in the fall and winter.

Fighters shouldn't be too confident that they will be able to fight in December.
