Canelo - Resume , experience and momentum
Lomachenko - Amateur / Pro accomplishments and arguably best skilled in the sport.
Crawford - Also arguably the best skilled fighter in the sport.
Inuoe - Explosiveness , Good resume , and momentum.
            Beterbiev - Power and Resume
Fury - Resume and High level boxing skills.
Pacquiao - Resume , experience , longevity and good power.

These off the top of my head. I might've missed someone but these are the standouts .
Didn't wanna just add guys to fill out the 10.

I don't do P4P but I do loosely have a top 10ish list in no particular order, the guys I think represent the very elite in skills and fighting ability rather than just resume.

              Lomachenko
              Crawford
              Usyk
              Canelo
              Inoue
              Beterbiev
              Fury
              Estrada
              Taylor

              Spence if he's OK

              Borderline Chocolatito.

Honourable mentions Pacquiao, Golovkin... a top 5 win for either would put 'em back in, and both are to be credited with fighting at the top level given their age, but both are on the slide.

Thanks fam. I excluded Spence because of the injury, can’t see him fighting at an elite level like he did after that. Before the injury he was top 5 to me easy.

It’s actually a toss up between Berchelt and Navarrete to me.
One thing though is that Berchelt could beat Loma Mark my words.
