    Rewatching welterweights from 2005 -2010..

..I think to my self they were better than todays.

I don`t count Manny, he was active then and so he is today.

Mayweather, Mosley, Paul Williams, Quintana, Margarito, Cotto, Clottey...on the other hand Crawford, Spence, Thurman, Porter, Danny?

I’d pick floyd and pwill to beat them all
      Mosley too

Quintana loses to all except maybe Danny
      Margarito with or without plaster??
      Cotto loses to Crawford
      Clottey only beats Danny maybe

Floyd is a once to thrice in a lifetime talent.

Spence would be competitive with all those guys. Maybe Crawford if you believe in him

Clottey blew it all in his big fights. Dude best win is Zab Judah. Joshua definitely gets beat by today’s welters

Paul and marg are big but lack skill. I’d take Spence over them.

Remember Paul got outboxed by Quintana too. Crawford and Keith could beat him

margarito is hard for anyone who doesn’t clinch. These modern welters don’t clinch

I don’t think Cotto goes through all of today’s welters without a loss or two

Mosley whoops all of their azzes.

I'm not seeing a big difference in level at all. Take out maybe Floyd and you got a shit ton of competitive 'could go either way' kinda match ups for my money.

I rewatched Mayweather -Mosley and that is what I think, even 39 old Mosley would beat those guys today, except Pacquiao.
