Can’t believe how many Marquez fans are pissed off at what morales said haha relax. Love both fighters and always wanted to see them fight it’s the only fight that never happened between the big 4 Pacquiao,Barrera,Morales and Marquez. What a great time for the lightweight division.

Morales first fight against Pacquiao was a all time classic, the 12th round morales forgot what defense was. Roy Jones almost flipped his lid that night “Jim I don’t get why he’s doing this”

These two could have fought each other in 2011. Morales was willing and ready and he still looked OK against the likes of Maidana & Cano. Too bad Crybaby Juanita said no coz’ he was too obssessed with his biggest crush from the Philippines.

Exactly. He was not anywhere near his best around this time.

Regardless, Morales is a boxing God in my eyes. He’s my favorite of the 3.

I thought Marquez won 1 and 3 and we know what happened in 4.

JMM the more technical boxer but I have Morales above him.

But you did need 2 and 3 to get your ass completely whooped by him. What a clown. Plus, Marquez arguably won every fight with Pacquiao. AND when you fought him Marquez had already exposed how to disable Pacquiao by avoiding the left hand in that epic first fight.

Really? I'm a fan of both EM and JMM, but Erik always seemed like one of the saltiest fighters in the sport. At least when he was still an active fighter.

Both guys in their primes at featherweight is an amazing fight, but JMM had the better overall career.
