On Thursday, Pacquiao’s advisor Michael Koncz told Dan Rafael of ESPN.com that Mayweather has not agreed to the same failed drug test policy. For whatever reason, Floyd has not agreed to pay $5 million to Pacquiao if he fails a test.

“Today we were informed that Mayweather turned down the request,” Koncz said. “Manny had requested that there would be a reciprocal fine of $5 million for a failed drug test.”
That took me all of 1 minute to find, if you can’t use google, that’s your problem, you’re obviously new to boxing if you didn’t know this happened gumby
Both PAC and Roach shot down the idea to do the testing that Mayweather requested, nor did industry or Arum boast that they “finally” agreed to Floyd’s demand of IOC random collections as well as the WADA list. Therefore this source from Koncz means nothing. Industry would’ve loved to play the idea that Floyd refused.

The September 17 super welterweight title fight between unbeaten defending beltholder Liam Smith and former two-division champ Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez will no longer carry VADA (Voluntary Anti-Doping Association) random drug testing.

The reason, however, is barely a ripple in the proverbial pond and no cause for alarm.

Both boxers agreed to such testing prior to signing on for their HBO Pay-Per-View headliner, which takes place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. However, the timing of the starting point, combined with other concerns, resulted in the idea being scrapped in recent days
so here is canelo dropping the testing for Smith, explain that seeing he is already a PED CHEAT

Canelo is currently serving a six-month suspension from the Nevada State Athletic Commision, after he tested positive for the banned substance clenbuterol back in February.

This suspension ends in mid-August, and he intends to return to the ring on September 15th - as part of the Mexican Independence Day weekend.

"[Canelo was removed from our rankings] because he refused to sign up for the Clean Boxing Program as stated in the rules," Sulaiman said
so even after he was busted he still refused to enter the CBP the PED CHEAT

I’ve said this “Manny” times, if both Floyd and PAC were on stuff in previous fights, then the agreement to do IOC random testing that (of course) includes the WADA list, then both would be on high alert to not fail a test and PERFORM under said circumstances. Guess what?! One of them refused and said “giving blood makes you weak, and giving blood during training camp “inhibits” performance.

You are still ducking the debate. Why did Pac say those things? Those types of tests were already done in the Olympics. Did Pac feel that Olympians should be hindered by such rules but not boxers?

Tell you what, keep ducking the questions. Every time you say “Clenelo” in any other thread I will bump this one. Cool?
