I'd probably still take the older Holyfield. He keeps Tyson at bay with the long jab and since it's just exhibition Tyson can come in with all guns blazing right? If it is truly an exhibition and nobody has any hostile feelings it probably gets called a draw

I think Holyfield wins again. He lives a healthier life style than Tyson and has never stopped training or gotten overweight or smokes or drinks. Tyson can't say the same because he does drink and smoke cigarettes or at least he did because I have seen pictures of him smoking and he goes out drinking some times. Tyson may not be fat now but he has been real fat before. i don't think he works out and he does not take good care of his body at times. Holyfield always takes care of his health and fitness and he is still rock hard with no extra weight. Holyfield beat tyson twice and if they fight again I think Holyfield beats him again.
