    Imagine LeBron posting up Floyd.😂😂

Anyone remember when IT beat Floyd at B-Ball though one of those 24/7’s or all accesses?

Mayweather looks half decent at basketball tbf.

What do you mean he may have strength, reach and height advantage? He DOES have all these advantages plus weight and power in huge amounts. Plus he is a elite athlete with the speed and stamina and agility that comes with that. If he was even close to the same weight as Mayweather then Mayweather would easily beat him. I am not a basketball fan so I don't know his exact height and weight but I think he is a giant compared to Mayweather. His huge size advantage means he will hit harder and take a punch better than Mayweather. A good trainer could do wonders for a natural athlete in a short time and show him how to punch with power. I pick James to win based on his huge size advantage and the fact that he is a great athlete even if he is not a boxer.

I wonder if Floyd could even land one on his chin without jumping

C'mon man, Floyd could barely even reach his head never mind his limited reach. He'd be mostly limited to body shots and considering the difference in mass, Floyd's punches would feel like putty pats to Lebron where's as Lebron's punches would be extremely heavy power shots that move Mayweather's entire body even he blocked it. Now imagine this going on for 12 rounds, Mayweather trying to avoid Lebron's extremely heavy punches while at the same time trying pot shot his chest and stomach and struggling to reach his head and LeBron just walking him down with Mayweather forced to constantly try to work thru Lebron's reach advantage.

It's an absurd proposition, it would be like asking if a trained 8 year old could beat an untrained but athletic adult. And if you don't think so compared just compare the proportions, the average height vs weight of a child compared to the average weight vs height of an adult. You'll see that on average it's not even as wide as the gap between Mayweather vs LeBron in terms of height vs weight. If you're not smart enough to realize that it's an absurd question, I don't know what to say.

lebron would destroy floyd in hoops ofc but if he got his core str up a bit so he could take a few rib ticklers id say he could cause floyd a lot of problems based on him bening an elite athlete and his size, it may just depend on how fast he can punch.........

I can't see it. Boxing requires a different level of stamina and skills. Floyd has honed those skills over a lifetime. Lebron wouldn't get hurt, but he would look less than amateurish trying to catch Floyd with a clean punch.

I doubt a pro basketball player would have any trouble dealing with the stamina requirements in Boxing. And he wouldn't have to punch him with a clean punch. If Lebron punched his arm or shoulder with full power, it would move his whole body and either break his guard or injure his arm or shoulders after a few punches. Mayweather couldn't even counterpunch because Lebron's reach is too great, if he simply stayed behind his jabs and power punches, he could just walk Mayweather down with almost no risk of being hit back, especially in the head. Like I said, it's not much different than asking if a skilled 8 year old could beat an adult, if not worse.

But I am curious, for those of you who actually think Mayweather could win, then at what weight and height do think Mayweather has no chance? And it doesn't even have to be realistic. Considering Lebron is 6' 9" 250, does a person have to 7 ft, 10ft, 15ft, 21ft before you'd admit Mayweather has no chance?. Also at what level of skill would Mayweather stand no chance? Could Mayweather kick the azz of Tyson Fury sized club fighters due to his skill? I'm just curious.

I've trained amateur boxers. I've had high school and college basketball players come into the gym to train. Put them through the paces and they all confessed boxing was the most intense and rigorous of all sports. Same from wrestlers, hockey players, football players, soccer players, etc. That was just the workout, they hadn't even begun to spar yet. Most of them never returned to the gym after their first sparring session. Many quit after a round or two.
