If this fight doesn't happen in 2020, it might never happen.

All we are doing is prolonging a fight between (2) over hyped and over rated fighters, especially Lomo. What dirt does Lomo have on the boxing media and voters for them to be so far up his ass all the time. You would think Lomo is the 2nd coming of Christ.

Putting the fight off even more just assures that he will be have to move up in weight.

I predicted that this fight wouldn't happen. Feeling pretty strong about that prediction right about now.
ive been saying since before the pandemic....feel even stronger about it now...think i even made a thread about it awhile back....this just makes it easier to squash

Give it up man. If Loma was American you'd be jerking off to a Loma bobble head daily.

Seems like Ward wants to see Loma get beat and knows the longer they wait, the better chance that Lopez catches him on the serious decline like Canelo did with GGG. Pathetic.

I am confused. Is Lopez saying he does not want to fight in an empty stadium but also moving to Arkansas for his health?

Lopez will wait it out, Loma will fight the next challenger.

Loma has 2-3 years left before he retires maybe less. All he needs to do is defeat any up and coming young prospect like Lopez to seal his deal. Lopez can afford to wait this out and some people could say use it as an excuse to avoid fighting Loma and move up in weight.

Is that not what combat sports is today? Over hyping the situation to generate more buzz and money. This entire motto is what the UFC is built on. As for your feelings towards Loma, any true boxing fan with a decent IQ can tell when they are watching something rare and special. If Loma were a loud mouth like most American hype jobs were he would have a lot more fans but he is the quiet type that lets his boxing do the talking.

Lopez can't make 135 for much longer. He's running out of excuses, his latest being he won't fight without a live audience. Before that he had emotional issues to overcome. Can't stall any longer. Time to put up or shut up. I think Ward just wants to see Loma age out.
