I hate when they do that auto-renewal. Have had that issue with a lot of app, recently it happened to me on a non-boxing app. I asked for my money back and was refunded right away. Hope you can get your money back too.

I created it to ask if others had gone through it as well. I contacted my bank and they were able to recover the full amount. Problem resolved, if anyone else had this experience then they should contact their bank and report it. Fk DAZN.

Seeing how the world collective is working together in trying to bring back economical peace, DAZN nor banks would make a big deal about it. You could’ve easily called DAZN and said your peace as well as telling them you would contact your bank. Seeing that you were a year subscriber, the pandemic, they would note your customer case and get back to you. They would then refund you had you done it in a timely manner. DAZN isn’t ****** considering laws passed to help people with finances... besides the Bank would contact DAZN for a bit of detail and it would would be resolved. I have done these situations plenty of times in my life and it’s the common practice to resolute charge disputes.

If in theory it was all resolved then why would you still be angry with DAZN when it was your fault with auto renewal? You would’ve said” I got my money back, and everything is stable again, and I’ll get it again...” assuming you’re still into boxing.
