Or the IBF has no business doing such things?

IBF, like everyone else in boxing, wants their cut of GGG-Canelo 3...so they would rather have that happen than push for a rematch...those other 2 fights/rematches were the biggest fight at that time for the new title holder...certainly was worthy of a call for a rematch however. But I don't think they want to get in the way of the gravy train of GGG-Canelo 3

The WBC didn't order a rematch, Charlo had a rematch clause.

The WBA ordered a rematch because it was a hugely controversial decision when NDam beat Murata.

The WBC should have ordered an immediate rematch between your hero Canelo and your hated GGG after the 2nd fight. I swear you can't go a single day without many threads about the wonderfulness of Canelo, his trainer or maybe even his barber and his dentist and his butcher etc. Meanwhile you are full time hating on GGG. Canelo gave up his title belt rather than fight Dervy. GGG had to do his job for him and now you want gGG to fight Dervy twice. Let Canelo fight Dervy even once and see if he can beat him. GGG beat Dervy by ud so no immediate rematch is called for.

Ring magazine has him rated as the 6th best middleweight in the world and the IBF have him the number 1 challenger to ggG's title so it's an ok fight. BJS is far from being the best at 168 and you are fine with Mr perfect man Canelo fighting him. Quit crying.
