We can argue all day about the second fight but the first fight is a travesty. Golovkin controlled the pace and style of the fight in damn near every round from the 4th or 5th on. He was also landing enough that you can't claim it was ineffective aggression.

Alvarez had great moments but he lost that fight. That a judge was so blatantly corrupt for him that he got 10 rounds on that scorecard just gave the game away, Golovkin went in to that fight with no chance to get a decision.

Golovkin won both fights. The first wasn't even debatable, the second was much closer but still undeniably GGG by close decision.
