He is very good for a fat guy. He's not a mover though and he's short so he's always gonna struggle with certain opponents.

He is carrying 10 pounds of women's breasts on his back, alone. There is no doubt he could make 199 if he had any desire to get into top shape. But his desire has been masked by millions of dollars indicating that he doesn't have to ever fight again so that hunger is gone and replaced by a different hunger, so it is moot regarding top shape.

100 pounds lost is a lot. I could understand you saying 60 even but 100 is a huge amount of weight.

I doubt he could get anywhere near 200 even.

Andy is over 6”2 slightly or just about he has always been fat no matter how hard he trained . Unless he wants a liposuction procedure which isn’t good for a natural heavy set athlete well, I guess you missed the point he was born like that and certain people won’t have a certain look . One can see him in early fights or ask his actual family to know what I’m talking about, just look at his siblings, Andy at 200 would be a twilight zone episode where he wakes up and is like that but that’s science fiction.

There are a lot of guys around 280 that got down to even 175. My wife is a registered dietitian and has seen many examples of this. The Biggest Loser TV show has had over 10 years of examples of that. But the bottom line is Ruiz does not have the discipline to get in top shape.

I disagree and this table shows he could get under 200 pounds if he was determined. Even a large frame man at 6'2 can weigh 172-197. But again, it is moot because he is too damned lazy to even try to lose any fat. Bottom line.
