the fact that Canelo and other champions have relinquished belts means Canelo wouldn't have cared about a Franchise Award. If Sulaiman wanted to conserve Canelo's presence knowing that GBP wouldn't go to purse bid with a Haymon fighter then the burden is on PBC, not Canelo.
