He's a low risk, high-reward type fighter.

He's a name, who can be beaten by any decent fighter, like Adrien Broner.

He isn't getting a title shot against Pacquiao next.
He obviously doesn't want Broke.
Danny Garcia is probably getting Spence, or possibly Pacquiao although Manny might go with Mikey instead.
Porter? He would eat Khon up imo.
Thurman? Now, thinking about that . . . probably depends on $$$ as both see themselves being worth more than their current market value!
