PBC rarely makes offers to other promoters for a fight between their boxers and any other top boxers, they wait for offers, don’t counter them, don’t say much about them and those making those offers would then either decide to increase it or stay silent.

Fact is Ruiz is at a transitional period, he needs a couple of tune ups with his new trainer but he starts wanting any smoke with any threats. Whyte himself knows this fact, this is a good time to fight Ruiz, this is more like when Wilder targets inactive fighters (Breazeale 3 fights in 3 years and duck someone like Whyte who had 8 fights in the same period) or Ortiz oppose to unifying the division.

So whyte needs to chill, if he gets his shot at the time and loses then he can try and fight Ruiz, I would love to see that fight though.

That's what you get. Joshua haters, any by that I mean Wilder fan boys, are frustrated that Joshua didn't just stand there and make it easy for Ruiz. They wanted AJ to lose again sooooooo much and when it didn't happen it made them really angry and even salty than they already were.

There’s no dirty spin here. Whyte said he offered Ruiz $5M and he didnt. It’s ok to admit Whyte lied. This wouldn’t be the first time Whyte lied about offering someone a purse.
