Don’t think a third fight does any better. Fury showed he had the blueprint to beat Wilder and he’s not the guy that’s going to suddenly become a better pure boxer in 8-10 months.
Wilder v Fury II grossed more revenue than any fight Joshua’s been involved in so do you consider AJs events to be failures.
And if you don’t know the break even point for Ruiz V Joshua II or as a matter of fact the break even point for any of AJs fights please don’t use that argument. The break even point argument is used to hate on wilder. Never heard anybody using that term until wilder v Fury II smoked any fight AJs been involved in.

That’s great and all but this was a co promotion. Meaning the pie is split up in more pieces before anyone gets paid. Both fighters had a small guarantee and relied on PPV upside to make really big money.
Arum himself stated before the fight it would have to do more than a million buys to be profitable. I’m just going off what he said.

Arum did an interview with WBN and said the fight did 1.2M. Joshua v Klitschko was a joint promotion and nobody highlighted that.

It had to do over a million buys to break even. The fight over performed on closed circuit buys but underperformed in PPV buys. Both guys purses mainly hinged on PPV buy success. Also AJ/Klitchko didn’t spend as much on marketing that Wilder/Fury 2 did. They didn’t have to. There were Super Bowl ads and a big media blitz the two weeks leading up to the fight. All that money spent and they got 200k more than the first fight, which didn’t have as high of purses and promotional costs as the rematch, not to mention Fury wasn’t with Top Rank/ESPN at the time so it wasn’t really a cross promotion.
And that 1.2 million has been disputed many times. It did 800-850K. Arum always inflates the buys going back to Pacquiao’s days with him and further back to Oscar and Floyd’s time with Top Rank.

IMO when someone gets slaughtered then there should be no next time. That’s it, that’s all.

And was almost Ko'd by Otto wallin! What's the saddest is when Wilder got looked at by the doctor for a extra 15 seconds at the start of round 8 of Luis Ortiz 1.. People say that helped Wilder recover.. But don't acknowledge that Fury was given 10 seconds to get up.. Followed by a additional 15 seconds to walk back and forth following the instructions by the referee.. Directly after the knoxkdown.. Unlike wilder that was starting the eight round after a minute rest.. But his 15 seconds helped him.. Lmao! Like I said.. I like Fury, AJ.. And Wilder.. They are for the hw division.. But I gotta be fair. Question Which fighter was booed in America by his own people at the weigh before the first fight?. Yes.. which fighter Was he booed at the weigh in at the second fight by his own people in America?.. Yes! Now.. Think.. What's wrong with this picture? Is it really because he's a shyt boxer hypejob? An his Right hand is fake? Because everyone says this man is a hypejob.. With no boxing skills.. An he always get outboxed until he luckily lands the right hand... Wtf.. He got lucky 40 times in a row? Fighting and Koing 41 bums? Every is so sure he should retire!?!?!? And he's not exciting?? And should check himself in a mental hospital??? WTF!!! These are not boxing fans!!! These are not people who love the sport.. These are mostly racist, lame cowards! I'm not going to let a fighters skin color stop me from enjoy this sport! I got a question America.. Why don't we support our fighters???? Oh.. I know why.. Lmao. Omg! Lames!
                2 Things I don't understand:

                1- The lacks of paragraphs
2- How in hell you are still in green with all the ****** posts you write.

Wow is the wilder hate that real that you are willing to discredit pacquiao Oscar and Floyd PPv Numbers. 🤣🤦🏽*♂️ I’m still trying to figure out the break even point for any of Joshua’s fights. Like I said never heard this argument until wilder smashed Joshua at the box office. Fans should be happy that AJ isn’t the only one in the division moving the needle.

It appears Wilder losing has broken you. It's okay. There's more to life than boxing. Stop staking your happiness on the successes and failures of other men.

I’m talking about when Oscar and Floyd were with Arum. Everyone knew he would inflate the numbers.
AJ is a bit different. He sells out stadiums and his PPV’s are generally lower priced.
Plus his deal with DAZN is based on huge site fee’s with MSG and especially Saudi Arabia so the break even point is much different. AJ cleared $80 million plus and Saudi Arabia put up a huge site fee just to host the fight and they weren’t that worried about making a profit. As such DAZN’s margins are different as they aren’t fronting the costs of putting on the fight, just the production costs. Apples to oranges to compare AJ to what PBC and Wilder are doing.
Facts are that the Wilder/Fury rematch underperformed and Wilder nor Fury made what was projected.
I wasn’t saying anything about Joshua but there is no question he’s making more money than any heavyweight. Whether DAZN is is another conversation.
