    Is it official already?!@?!?!?@!?!?! MAYWEATHER

I know mayweather is making his announcement this week, but has he done it already. i see people talking about his fight with spinks like its already been decided. has it been? or is the mayweather camp just leaning more towards spinks???

So he'll be a five-weight champion now, after solidifying his status at 140 and 147? [/irony]

I don't think Mayweather's small frame can handle Light Middleweight. And I am a Mayweather huge fan.

spinks isnt much bigger then mayweather. that fights gonna be a snoozer. i aint wathing it. But mayweather style is quick and on the outside. the perfect style to jump up and down in weight freely with hardly any downsides. His extra power will just make up for his hardly noticable difference in hand speed.

and who is baldy gonna fight now????

i think it will be a great fight. Spinks i sa really good boxer, He was able to outbox Judah who for the 1st 4 rounds was able to handle Floyd. I'm Glad they are fighting it should be a good one. I can't wait to see the ring entrances

Mayweather was slower than Judah, and he wasn't that much quicker than Sharmba. Except Floyd to be even slower at 154.... he's going to have to rely on his immense skill more than ever before.

Exactly after the 1st 4 rounds Judah was powerless to do anything but get his ass whooped. Floyd clearly learned how to fight a slick southpaw so this should be a one-sided domination. Spinks is a good boxer but you can't out-box the best lower-weight boxer in the game.

More crying about the bloody yanks?

Kind of tough for him to solidify 140 when the Champ there isn't ready to fight him until 2008.

Not much mention of Hatton's tenure at 147 hey mate?

                  Selective crying. Nothing better.

Mayweather is going to have to depend on his evasiness at middleweight instead of his speed.
