I don't really do P4P personally but I think Rold included a list at the end of his 'top 20 of the decade' series where he simply generates a list assigning points based on position and time spent on the Ring P4P monthly lists.

EDIT: in fact the whole series gives a pretty good breakdown of who accomplished what.
