Lol, I tried the same tactics when my friend had his phone stolen. Some young kid answered the phone and I tried in my "overly nice" psychotic voice to get him to meet me as I wanted us to be friends.

I have never liked Wilder, not because he is black and American (most of my boxing heroes are), just because I've always thought him a fraud, spoon fed easy fight after easy fight to pad his record, I have always said the way I would try to beat him would be to take the fight to him and test his chin.

It's the game plan I thought AJ would have to employ to beat Wilder if Wilders team ever let them meet. It would have been a great fight too. AJ is stronger than fury and doesn't mind roughing up opponents either, at the same time he is more powerful and more vulnerable than Fury.

I understand what you are saying, but it's a bit soft for a champion to allow himself to be thrown around like a rag doll. He wasn't very manly that night.

We always used to say the exact same thing about British Heavyweights in the 20th Century. The first British Heavyweight Champion of the Century was crowned in the 1990's, it was almost 100 years and we were desperate for success.
Our fighters never seemed quite tough and ruthless enough to beat the big American Names.

I'm going to disagree with you on the point of Fury perhaps going back to a boxing style for the third fight. While we know Fury can win that way, his strategy of using his size and weight to maul Wilder and force the fighting to be on the inside is much better. If Fury reverts to boxing Wilder then Wilder will have opportunities to land his big punch without taking serious damage from Fury. On the other hand if Fury using the mauling style he can do serious damage to Wilder with very little risk to himself.

Agreed -- Fury's best approach would be to replicate the second fight and keep backing Wilder up. No one likes being punched, but Wilder reacts very poorly to it for a boxer. He almost sulks and downs tools. Being backed up robs him of his ability to generate that fearsome knockout power and makes him too concerned with getting out of there.

Now, if Wilder is able to work on throwing a decent uppercut, maybe it changes things...

Fury won my respect when he told Wilder before the first fight.. "See this is where we are miles apart.. This is where I don't like u anymore.. I have always found your articles interesting without any bias. I am a fan of heavyweight boxing and have no favorites. I also know that Fury is the best HW at the moment. You have been around for a long time, i want your thoughts on the 3rd fight between Fury and Wilder. How will this fight compare with the previous fights say if Wilder really had some issues going into the last fight? Can there be an upset? Fury stops Wilder early? Goes to the card? Another draw?

Due to Wilder's punching power he can always pull off an upset regardless of who he fights and this includes Fury.

However, if Fury comes into the third fight in shape and and mentally focused he should win convincingly especially if he is the aggressor like in fight two. I don't believe Wilder can fight well backing up and his skills as a boxer are no match for Fury's, so If Fury boxes him then Fury wins by decision and If Fury is the aggressor he wins by stoppage (TKO or otherwise).
