Why is everthing PPV?

I'm going to the sports bar at the casino, mostly cause I wanna watch a fight. I also agree only special fights should be ppv worthy. Casual fans start to hate boxing when they get roped into a sub-par ppv at 49.95 and the fight is boring or a draw or even worse if a guy melts down and quits. For the sport I think that they should find ways to generate money in other ways and present the fights on cable or even more crazy on network tv. This would all be possible if there was a universal sanctioning body like in every other sport known to man...lol

i cant wait to see how many people buy this fight. its gonna be laughably low. wouldnt it be funny if this turns into FOTY material though.

This could be boxing PPV's all time bust.

yeah it's not worth it. i'll just wait after the fight, if they say it's good, just download it. but i'm thinking this will b another boring one. hopefully someone will fly off the ropes!
