just look at his teeth in this video and then check out some interview from years ago.
he has fake upper teeth now, the shape isn't the same, he probably lost a loot of them in the accident...

He isn’t sounding to good. He has been out of the ring for over a year and had a real bad car accident. This is the only time I would recommend someone should get a rod salka type of opponent.
